At CHUWI Global Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for your region.

    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and ship it via a trackable service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our technical team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
